Wow Snacking supplies frozen food products sourced from multiple trusted brands. Product availability is subject to stock and operational constraints.
We strive to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate; however, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. In case of pricing or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
3. Orders & Acceptance
An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only after order confirmation via email, SMS, or phone.

- Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of confirmation, subject to product availability.
Delivery timelines typically range between 4–7 business days, depending on location and logistics partner performance.
Risk and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
Wow Snacking is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of frozen food products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions such as:
- Damaged packaging at the time of delivery
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product quality issue reported immediately upon delivery
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with proper photographic evidence.
Approved refunds will be processed as per RBI guidelines and may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.
7. Cold-Chain Handling Disclaimer
Wow Snacking maintains appropriate cold-chain handling until dispatch. Customers must ensure proper storage immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, images, and design elements, are the property of Wow Snacking and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
